Shipping policy
At ELOVA London, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible.
Order processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays.
During busy periods, launches, promotions, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
UK shipping
UK standard shipping: £2.99
Free UK shipping on orders over £15.
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods, bank holidays, or due to courier delays outside of our control.
Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If tracking is available, your tracking details will be included in this email.
Incorrect shipping information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
ELOVA London is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or delayed parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. However, we will do our best to assist where possible.
Damaged items

International shipping
